Privacy Policy

This website processes the name, mobile number, optional email and journey details you enter in your browser to create a trip summary. It does not save booking records or collect payments.

Sharing a request

If WhatsApp contact is configured and you choose to send a request, the details in the displayed summary are passed to WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply. Downloaded summaries are stored on your device.

Contact enquiries

The enquiry form creates a message in your browser. It is not stored on our server. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens the relevant app with your message; you must send it there. That provider’s privacy terms also apply.

Google Maps and social links

The map only loads when you choose Load Google Maps. Google then receives connection information such as your IP address. Following a social link opens the relevant platform, whose privacy policy applies.

Site services

The hosting provider may process standard access logs. Fonts are provided by your device; no external font service is used. No analytics or advertising trackers have been added.

Future integrations

If a route or autocomplete service is configured, entered locations will be sent to that service when you request suggestions or an estimate. The policy should be reviewed before those services are activated.
